I have personally been in this industry for 5yrs. My father-in-law taught me everything I know from his 26yrs+ in cleaning, repairing and maintaining tile and grout. What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

All pricing will vary depending on the shower size, tile type (natural or synthetic ), and repairs needed. The price we agree on is the price you’ll pay, no add on surprises.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

All customers get a free estimate. Where I will explain the process in detail from A to Z, and answer any questions.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

Everything I learned is from my father in law. He is one the best in his company with many of his colleagues coming to him for advice.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

I started working with my father in law in Oahu, Hawaii!

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

As always there are many company’s to choose from. Get a free estimate, ask all your questions, and pick who you feel is best for the job!

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

What type of tile do I have, natural or synthetic? How long is the curing process? How long can I go without a shower? How long does the job typically take? Do I need to be home while the work is done?
